Vintage HBO ad bragging that subscribers get National Lampoon’s Animal House uncut, no commercials, no censorship (8/9/1980)

I think it was the night of Christmas Eve 1985 and HBO gave its subscribers a little gift—an unannounced airing of Ghostbusters. I think they’d been teasing it all day/week but never once mentioning the movie title. It blew my mind.
