I visited this building earlier this year. It’s in a residential area, almost completely nondescript until you round the corner and see all the old Soviet Armor next to and behind the building itself. Pretty ornate in places inside too, mostly with Soviet styling.
I understand why they need to actually make the treaty in writing and sign it, but I always thought it was a bit silly like it’s actually binding more than their word.
