Call an animal rescue. Pigeons carry mites so tiny, they get in through closed windows, screens, filters, etc. It can make you and your family sick, especially if you have pets.
I know that it’s a human caused problem because we domesticated pigeons for generations. However, OP still needs to take care of their health.
