What does “impounded” mean? Is it gross with bugs or something or did the owner not pay his bills and it’s getting repo’d? Or was it a really cool Tony Montana drink dispenser that was dealing coke at night?

The one in my town should get this too. I got a cup of ice and the cubes were covered in black spots. I looked up the dispenser- caked entirely in mold.
