Christmas was nearly sold out on Tuesday. The Valentines mod has been in the system for a while, the items in the backroom for a couple weeks. The mod is supposed to be set starting today.

My niece and I went to go get some stuff at a dollar store on Christmas Eve and they had the Valentine’s candy out. My niece (30) who is neurodivergent and more akin to a child’s age, and was so super excited to get heart shaped boxes of chocolates for the couples for Christmas. I helped her wrap them and it was all just so charming (the wrapping was done to her abilities and it was just so bad, but that was the point, that it was her wrapping job and she was so proud of it, so it was perfect)!
When I brought the gift home to my partner he found it so heartwarmingly hilarious that we got these chocolates that say “Happy Valentine’s Day” from her. It was too precious. She’s really just a joy to experience. So, yeah, I already didn’t care about when stuff is on display at stores or not, but now I’m happy they had the valentines stuff out early. It made for an adorable gift from my niece.
