Does China count when they beat back the UN from North Korea during the Korean War?

Iraq during the Gulf War also might work, but they lost that one…

And Iran during the Iran-Iraq War, who was fighting against an Iraq supplied by most countries while it received nil

France lost when they were fighting all of eroupe not the whole world since most of the eroupen powers during that war had little colonies outside of America and some small in Asia and Africa

    3. International involvement with the bolsheviks was minimal, lots of countries intervened, but no other countries dedicated much to fighting the bolsheviks. Also, whoever the bolsheviks were fighting, were also busy fighting others for a portion of the civil war. So the bolsheviks were not very outnumbered in terms of how many nations they fought at all. It was mostly just bolsheviks vs whites, and the whites were very disorganised themselves. That’s as opposed to france, which faced the full force of many other countries during the napoleonic wars. Regardless of any minor allies it had like bavaria,it was still outnumbered and facing the full might of other countries.

The only one who fought the whole world (sic) and won, multiple times before losing, was Napoleon.

Again, at the Treaty of Brest-Livstock the Germans basically asked the Soviets to recognise land Berlin had already conqured

Thanks to Trotky’s “Neither fight, nor negotiate” strategy, it was a lot of land

probably worth noting that they had allies-terrible ones and they didnt have to fight the world, they chose to.

    7. I’m assuming the “whole world” here refers to an idea of the “known world” like the Ecumene of Alexander’s time. But this would be better as a “Napoleon: nah I’d win” format meme

The numerous leftist counterrevolutions against the Bolsheviks being “the entire world” is funnier than this entire meme 🤣
