This could have easily gone wrong. Moose are stupid. When they get spooked they don’t run, they stomp. A one ton animal with cinder-blocks for feet can do a lot of damage in a short period of time.

When I long distance hiked, I would find a tree if a Moose wasn’t moving along. Black bears were of no concern, but with a Moose, look out.

That’s Lovey the moose. The guy behind the camera knows her and she visits his property often and has given birth in his yard. Even her offspring come to visit

Moose are more dangerous to humans than bears out in the woods. You have to be very careful with these things. Most animals spook and bail. Moose will not do that. And they like to stomp and prance in fights.
