Apex technology we see here. The security policy must have been written sort of 20 years ago..

Was waiting for this to hit mainstream. Everyone knows you don’t just black out a pdf and release it. Hahaha

      Lots of layers there

    3. But only that means one of the competent  hand selected employees working for this administration fucked up 🫢

    4. Man, I remember this same pdf-redaction issue happening over 20 years ago… where you could highlight and copy/paste blacked out text **because the text was still there!** That would never have happened under my watch. But I guess it’s reassuring to realize that the leadership and all the office drudges in the current usa government are complete fucking dimbulbs.

    5. I actually had this same exact thought last night. I had remembered a while back that someone had released a bunch of redacted files and it was found that they could be copied and pasted to see what was beneath. I’m so glad someone did this. Now we need to ruin every single person involved life.

Wait, is that real? How is that possible?? So surely we have all the information that was hidden now right??

Why was any of that redacted? The foundation paid young models and a Russian model? Who does redacting that protect? It doesn’t say the models names or ages, is it protecting Indyke?

Someone absolutely tried to use a permanent marker first to redacted these files before someone else told them how to format the text to look “redacted”.

    9. Given the “top tier” plays of this administration that lead you guppies by the nose, I’m guessing this was intentional, and this version is not the original undoctored copy. Easier to fool people when they think they’ve won. Yes this will expose more info, no, no large government changes for the better of the American people will be happening anytime soon. The USA didn’t survive the 250 mark.

I’m pretty sure this is not the first time something like this happens with redacted documents the government shared. But I think the time I am thinking about was around 10+ years ago.

This can’t be real… they’re dumber than a box of rocks, but… even this is too stupid to be true

At this point I’m surprised they didn’t just Sharpie lines on their actual computer screen surface and send it out.

    13. So where can one find the non redacted version of this? Seams like something that should be shared… A lot, and everywhere.

    14. This sucks. Wish they’d waited until the end. Then they wouldnt have fixed it for future releases. But now they will.
