Does anyone know what tribe or area this is? I am surprised these two were not armed with a spear at least. Even most uncontacted tribes have spears. Pretty gutsy taking on cheetahs with stones.

Cheetahs are honestly not much threat to a Human. Im sure if multiple attacked you it could go bad if you were by yourself though. Its the one big cat I would be comfortable around even if it wasn’t “donesticated”.

That’s the Kanga’channcla tribe. It’s common practice. They don’t just do it with cheetahs. They also do it with other smaller predators like meerkats, but often the meerkats attack them in groups and drag them back to their burrows. They’re even capable of waiting for hours until a carnivorous plant is about to eat a fly before snatching it away. Okay, all of this is a joke; I won’t waste any more of your time.
