Honestly a though rough pysch evaluation+ a decent amount of community service should be the punishment here. To make sure this was a one off incident and to take into account the fact that what she did was although heinous it was also an act of public service(cause let’s be real, he probably would’ve struck again except a different victim), community service would be a way of demonstrating that she’s no danger to society and is extremely unlikely to reoffend. I’m thinking from a logistics legal standpoint that technically she needs to do something to pay for what she did but present said punishment in a way that isn’t necessarily bad considering the circumstances of why she did what she did(especially when you consider how many rapists get to walk free even with evidence)
I would say I can fix her but I think she is doing alright. How much is bail?

I would have told her to cut off his dick and balls and put em in a blender and make the guy drink it. He gets to live but his tools are gone for good.

One of these days, there will be a headline about a revenge killing gone wrong – where the killer killed someone who they believed to be a criminal but actually killed an innocent person – and this site will be forced to recognize why we can’t tolerate vigilante justice in a modern society.
