Aw man I’d love to make it play a video of the ground getting bigger and bigger, but only for like one row 😂

That’s actually so cool. I’d be glued to that screen the whole flight.

This should be standard. Love it!

I would LOVE to hack into this and put a UFO, or Superman, or a witch or something fun like Santa Clause.

This removes my utter need to have a windowseat.

So much better than the Google Maps style overlay when you can see the plane tracker normally
Would love a live camera instead

I had this on a flight from LAX to Melbourne. But the trans Pacific flight left at 12:30 AM and landed at 6:30 AM.
So it would have been like a movie: Can’t See Shit Productions proudly presents “Total Darkness for 14 Hours”

I think most larger aircraft in the last 10-15 years have had this feature. At least every aircraft I’ve flown on from Europe to Asia.

I don’t know if this would help my motion sickeness on planes or make it worse, but I’d love to try it.

Too bad they couldn’t spring for a couple more pixels.

Fascinating. I recall a flight with Malaysian Airlines that had a similar feature. The view after take-off, looking over London, was particularly interesting.
