When the Lego company discontinued the Fabuland theme but continued manufacturing the cauldron part, rather than making an entirely new mold they filled the negative space that stamped the name into the parts. Some molds got a better filling than others, on this cauldron it’s still fairly legible.

That’s a cool find! Fabuland had such a unique style compared to regular Lego sets. Wonder if the cauldron was intended for something else originally.
