Honestly, the racists are probably LOVING the attention or when people call them Karens bc they know that they have the kind of social power that’ll protect them from backlash and also help them do corporately-funded racism in public. They get to spread their message for free and get sympathy from the older white racists in congress and boardrooms. My favorite part about this advice is that some of our printer paper pigmented compatriots might see this and go “well, you aren’t going to change their mind with violence” or “all you’re doing is affirming their racism” and the shit just tickles me.
I like the “fighting words” laws in some states and, yes, you should be punched in the mouth for saying out-of-pocket shit–racism being one of many prerequisites for an asswhupping.
