“Please give me a minute I’m overstimulated” has been one of the best phrases I’ve received when asking someone for something. As someone who is not overstimulated easy I had no idea this was really a thing. I appreciate when folks can communicate to others like me who are not familiar with this. I respect your stimulation and will give you time to regroup.
