This is before my time, but the ad is still relatable to me. I’m Gen X, and my family moved to a Maryland suburb of DC when I was a baby. Most of the families on my street had 4 or 5 kids. In my small neighborhood, one family had 10 kids and another had 13!
For that time, many people needed an enormous amount of fridge and freezer storage. Thanks for posting this, OP.

I love the fridge, I mean foodkeeper. Really wish we had rolling shelves and banana storage nowadays. But glad we didn’t have asbestos in our flooring like this cartoon appears to. Thank you for sharing!
