Got mine naturally 2 years before the doctor would give it to me. Surprised they haven’t lowered the age yet since the chickenpox vaccine has caused a drastic reduction in infections when young so there’s no natural immune boosters for it running around anymore. I had it 2 weeks before my 48th birthday. I know several people who had it in their early 30s. My parents had it in their early 70s.
