The valley temple of the Pharaoh Khafre in Giza, Egypt, built around 2570 BCE. The temple was built of megalithic blocks sheathed in red granite, some weighing over 200 tons. The square pillars of the T-shaped hallway were made of solid granite, and the floor was paved in alabaster [2048×3090]
