    1. Eh. I think they’re doing pretty good for people who literally never had free or democratic institutions and citizenry in their history. Lest we forget, it isn’t like practically every democracy in Europe didn’t also end in coups, dictatorships, and military juntas within twenty years of first being established. Why, I’m willing to bet that in another hundred years, they’ll have made so much progress that they’ll finally be building much-needed guillotines to use on everybody in the Kremlin like a proper republic! 😛

      Not every country suits Autocracy.

      And not every country suits Dictatorship.

      Democracy could have succeeded in Russia if Kerensky withdrew from WWI, but the Russian Republic’s hands were tied.
