Is it me or does this case seem to be going in favor of Luigi at the moment or am I missing vital information?

    2. You’d think the judge would be straight up reaming the prosecution for attempting to introduce evidence outside of the court and poison the jury pool.

    3. It would be hilarious if we found out sometime in the future that the prosecution on this case did everything in their power to prevent him from being convicted, because it seems like they’re doing everything in their power to prevent him from being convicted.

    4. I don’t know how this shit doesn’t get dismissed for a retrial. I’m seeing some stupid shit going on and so early into it at that

    5. Between this and the chain of custody screw up with the gun it looks like Mangione’s lawyer is doing one helluva job setting up an appeal, and getting closer to a mistrial.

    6. I’m Still confused as to why people are rooting for a murderer. Dude made a choice. He knew the consequences and felt it was with it. Now it’s time for him to go to prison.

EDIT: getting down voted for having an issue with murderers

    7. Ah just like the Idaho 4/Bryan Kohberger case: LE covers their ass and media runs the narrative.

    8. At least he has a good legal team.

If he was some poor shlub with a public defender they would have him on death row already.

    9. Gee. They have issues with the chain of evidence, too. Like 1st year law school kind of shit. All of this is.

    10. From everything i hear about this, there is actually a good chance he will be able to walk free ! And im all for it.
