    1. If only we had a candidate that as AG pursued actions against businesses accused of scamming people…

Oh, wait, we did. And it sure the fuck wasn’t Dictatorious J. Trumpenführer.

    2. Surge pricing. I’d almost be surprised if they aren’t charging more for things at different times in week.

Superbowl weekend? Time for chicken wings and potato chips to get more expensive!

    3. This ain’t innovation it’s robbery. If you can’t do this during and emergency situation of price gouging how can it happen in a normal setting?

    4. Knowing the current climate and recent strategies, this will be pointed at as the reason someone’s wealth cannot be used to differentiate the amount someone is charged in the same way grocery stores cannot discount prices for those receiving snap in the event of funding lapses.

I’m not familiar with their market demographic, but if it does not contain a large cross section of people at the bottom of the income chart, I would say let the strategy stay unregulated. We can use it for actual good if we keep the fools from trashing it.

    5. Don’t buy online if you don’t want to be charged based off their algorithm. It’s not illegal, but it should be.
