My uncle had one for years. Having selectable 4WD in a passenger car was pretty innovative at the time. Subaru followed a few later with AWD.

My family bought an Eagle Summit wagon in the 90s, think it was actually made by Mitsubishi and must have been part of the last wave of Eagle badged vehicles. It was kind of a proto-SUV/small minivan type thing. My sister drove it through the mid-aughts.
