    1. Nomadic tribes continued to be the scourge of sedentary farming communities until the early modern era (and in parts of the world even a bit after that).

      Also while we’re at it, define work because the 15 hr per week seems to have implicitly left out a lot of stuff.

      Those 15 hours a week were just on picking up wood for the campire in the nomad societies.

      Certainly would have to work more than 15hrs a week right? There is no way anyone can work so little and get enough done to sustain themselves the rest of the week right? If I’m wrong let me know why.
