The pendant brooch depicts the Virgin Mary with child Christ flanked by archangels, surrounded by a gold mount decorated with pearls, emeralds, garnets, sapphires, and a sardonyx intaglio. On the backside (which isn’t visible in the photograph), made out of gold, Christ Pantokrator is depicted. The cameo is dated from 1000 – 1100 AD, while the mount from 1100 -1300 AD. This magnificent work of art is an example of Roman (cameo) and Rus (mount) craftsmanship. The object is part of the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Looks like Jewelry, but it’s basically a Pocket sized cathedral Imagine carrying centuries of devotion on your chest.
