    1. I’m skeptical that this is real and suspect that it is an AI image. It doesn’t look like a real tooth. Maybe I’m wrong but I think human molars typically have 4-5 cusps and this tooth has so many more! Also, how would a person WEAR such a ring without keeping the finger bent all the time? I looked this up and I couldn’t find any reference to it back past like July 2025, and they were all on FB, Insta, X, etc.
