this is like the modern version of the blue screen on Windows with the frowny emoticon.
I’m not a fan of this style of error message where they try to personify the OS as if it was having a chat with you. I want error messages to just be normal and informative.

this tracks with my windows 11 pc regularly chocking itself by repeatedly downloading updates it already has installed
