I’m 45 now and look 15+ years younger than he does in this episode. The lines on his face, the hairline. I know people always say people look older in past generations but doesn’t he?? He looks 50+ years old here. If someone said 60 I wouldn’t doubt it

Btw this show was created by the legendary Rod Serling who grew up where I’m from. The same place IBM started. And a number of other famous things and companies. Like EJ shoes. Which was like Nike shoes for decades. That company was know for rhe “Square Deal”. The owners didn’t keep 99% of the earnings. They took them and built parks, affordable houses, duplexes and apartments, public transit and so much more. They wanted it to be a beautiful place for their employees. For people making shoes. I lived in one of those EJ duplexes in the early to mid 00’s. Place was beautiful and huge. More companies need to do the same today!
I wouldn’t say 50+, but 40s for sure. I am in my 30s and he looks like a distinguished older man to me.
Coming home to your classy mid century bar cart every night and chain smoking all day will do that to ya
I know people often mention the hair/clothes dating people and the smoking and sun exposure back then, but I also wonder if some if it is just casting preferences. Actors now have to also be models, they have baby faces and get regular plastic surgery to stay young, but back then, they might’ve been seeking to cast more rugged, stately looking men.
Is this the Irishman consigliere in the godfather?
He’s wearing makeup.
