      >Johnson just admitted our political system is full of p-do’s

Yes. And he is protecting them.

    2. Damage a system specifically designed to protect the rich and powerful from suffering *any* meaningful consequences for their actions? Oh noooooo.

      Blow the whole thing up.

    3. What do expect from a man who needs his son to hold him accountable for watching adult porn on his phone?

This is the “national security” reasoning. Not just Trump, it’ll be a domino effect, and the markets will actually crash within a week.

Mike Johnson keeps saying “we need to protect victims” when he means the rapists and people who took money from Epstein. We see right through this fucker!

    6. Maybe just don’t elect two times impeached presidents with several sexual assault cases and accusations.

    7. I guess they wouldn’t hesitate to ‘permanently damage’ any democratic opponents, had they any chance. Thus, it is republicans that are involved.

    8. Because the political system is working so well these days, it’d be a real shame to tarnish it

    9. What kind of political system, Mr Johnson, can be “damaged” by exposing child abusers?

      I’m waiting, Mr Johnson.

    10. Oh no. dont temp me with a good time unlike our lawmakers who think raping children is a good time. burn it all down if thats what it takes. Dont drain the swamp. Burn the entire fucking forest and lets start again!

      Nah man

If the files contain information that would permanently damage the political system then fucking do it. Burn that shit down and put it together without the pedophiles

    12. All the more reason to release the unredacted files. Pedos and pedo protectors should not be in any positions of power. The goal should always be to rid ourselves of corruption.

Jail them all. Republicans and democrats.

    13. I’m not saying he *wouldn’t* say this, I just don’t see anyone else reporting on this alleged quote. Seems to me that it should be pretty newsworthy if he actually said these words.

ETA: the closest quote I can find is:
      > “There’s an easy way to amend the legislation to make sure we don’t do permanent damage to the justice system and I’m going to insist upon that.”

Holding violent sex offenders accountable for their violent sex offending is an **improvement** in every political system, Mike, and cannot do **permanent damage** to said political system, unless that political system is protecting violent sex offenders from accountability.
