Is this their free sample of their special ‘Extra Crispy Bottom’ technique? 😭🤣

    2. I would absolutely say nothing and keep it for personal use. You got lucky dude and some poor unobservant worker got really unlucky

    3. lol this same exact thing happened to me at a dominos a few years ago. I ordered a pizza and picked it up and it looked like there was only one guy working and he was HIGH AS HELL. Like not even trying to hide it. But he made the pizza fine and when I got it home there was one of these in it too. This was like six years ago and I still use it

    4. I used to be a delivery driver for dominos back in college, and sometimes in between deliveries I had to man the ovens. It was the busiest store in the nation at the time, and I was barely trained on the ovens. They had no stops so it was complete chaos. I was so baked the whole time I frequently sent pizzas with the baking trays like that, or uncut, or other stupid mistakes. Man would it be nice to go back to not giving a shit and working an easy job like that…

I used to be a manager of a Domino’s 20 years ago. I still have a pizza screen from there that I use at least once per week to this day.

    6. I have a pizza oven attachment to my pellet grill. I would burn the shit out of the bottom of my pizzas. However, I use these and they come out perfect now.

    7. I have a strange compulsion to attempt to clean this with every possible chemical concotion known to mankind and not being satisfied until I then straight up obliterate the very surface of the thing with an angle grinder.

    8. I’ve worked at dominos before and made this exact mistake, if you call up the store and let them know there’s a good chance they’ll send you another pizza for free

    9. absolutely keep those, dominoes can replace them if they’re hard up for pizza screens. those are great for getting the underside to brown up crispy and never have to worry about them sticking at home. cook time in an oven will be shorter too since heat is in direct contact. used to work at a pizza shop. they’re like that for exactly those mentioned purposes in a conveyor oven situation where typically a room temp pizza and topping can go in and come out perfectly cooked in around 6 minutes.

seems you got a newer one too, lol. i worked at dominos as the assistant for a while, yet never did this nor had any of my employees do it either. interesting that this seemingly has happened to a lot of people. someone would definitely get in trouble IF it was reported to the store, if it’s never reported they’ll never realize they’re missing one considering every store has at least 200 of them give or take.
