I’m 52 with advanced arthritis in my lower back, both hips, both hands, both shoulders, knees, right foot and neurological pain from both shoulders and both hips. I used to love DH mountain biking at KHMR on my tricked out fat bike.
Now all I can do is take meds, sleep and cook and clean what I can for my able bodied family.
Long story short….seeing this gives me hope that can still find something fun I can do.
