I have hung a flag in every office that I’ve ever worked, with great pride for our once great country. One employer once asked me to take it down and I fought it tooth and nail to the very top of the chain, even threatening to quit. I finally got permission to keep it up. The caskets of several friends and members of my family were draped with this flag. So this image hurts to the very bone.
No other President would walk by the US flag lying on the ground at the White House.
