I didn’t notice them when I first purchased the paver. We had a heavy rain recently and I think it uncovered the fossils. Also, I don’t know for sure if they are fossils but they…they look like fossils.

Those are not fossils. They are manganese dendrites. They’re formed by water flowing into cracks between layers of stone that precipitates out manganese oxides, creating branching patterns. You can buy them from various mineral sellers online.
