    2. If the storm drains regularly have flows or tudes between them there can be a lot of fish in there.

      Tossed a treat for my dog on our walk earlier, she missed and it landed right in the sewer drain. She just stared down there until I pulled her away, pretty sure she wishes I had the patience of this man

      He might be targeting a very small fish known to be in this area.

      Tanago fishing is a niche from Japan that focuses in catching a fish about the size of a silver dollar.
