A friend of mine’s mom was a realtor in the Potomac Maryland area in the 90s and he really had his heart set on one particular house. I believe it was because of the aviary. She was all about the sale one day. And then a couple days later she did a complete 180°. She did everything she could to keep him from moving in that neighborhood after she heard some rumor about him.
