Backstory: I started working from home and my daughter was home sick. I told her she could not disturb me if I was on a call, but she could write a note and leave it on the corner of my desk if she needed something. I laughed out loud on my call and I’m still not sure what she needed.

Sounds like the beginning of a poem:

      “I have eaten
      the mashed potatoes
      that were in
      the icebox

      and which
      you were probably
      saving
      for dinner

      Forgive me
      they were delicious
      so mashed
      and so cold”

What is the charge here? Eating a meal? A succulent mash potatoes meal?

      This is democracy manifest!

    4. If you have an instapot, its super easy to make mashed potatoes. Peel/cut into quarters, toss in the pot, 1/2 water, high pressure for 10 minutes, quick release, add 1/2 cream, salt/pepper, masher with hand masher or mixer. viola! easy enough for the potato craven teen in your home.
