It….might actually works. In the few last days of the campaign the number anti-air munition was almost rắn out, evidently in the lessen number of planes shot down. If they continued the bombing, I am not sure whether Hà Nội would stand or fall.
Of course, the deal would still be made, but just with some more minor benefits for South Vietnam and the US, and nothing significant
