I would rather spend my time doing something productive or rewarding than spend it tracking my time.
I don’t even enjoy time tracking at work, and they literally pay me to do it.

You only sleep about 6.5hrs a night? If I tracked myself, it would look so different. 33% sleep, 20% productive, and a frightening percent on some combination of time waste and leisure.

Productivity for productivities sake should not be a goal. Productivities goal should be to have less “productive” time to have more time to explore life. The whole push a few years ago of hustle culture and maximising productivity was a scam.
