He was a tobacco and sugarcane farmer from the interior mountains, born in 1900. He and my Great Grandma, Benedicta spent all of the money they had to send my Grandfather and his siblings to the mainland US. His named was Obdulio, and I know his father was a man named Eduardo born in 1854.
