    1. The damage he just performed on his truck dropping it from that height will cost more than $150

Also, insane to still be riding that close behind the truck when you know he’s about to drive it off the back. Y’all nearly did a head on collision….but then again, these people don’t think very much

    2. Honest question but wouldn’t the driver have the license plate on his paperwork???? Isn’t this more of a fine and a problem now?

    3. Don’t lie, y’all… it looked sick as fuck. My boy looking like a real badass. Straight out of the movies. Shit could not have gone any better (unless he somehow got a ramp off the end)

That being said, he’s a dick. This is highly illegal, dangerous to himself, the public, and the tow truck operator.

In addition he filmed himself and his buddy committing a crime and posted it. What a dumbass.

Looks staged because vehicles are tied died by chains under and held tight using the which that you control from back of truck and this one isn’t tied down what so ever and absolutely battered up already

    5. I’m going to posit that this scenario was staged to make a video to generate Internet clicks.

    6. Well, my guess this is staged, for a few reasons.

One, tow truck drivers tend to collect the fee up front, at least in my area they do. The dispatcher will ask where they’re picking you up from, and where they’re taking you to, and based on that information they’ll have calculated the cost of the tow.

Second, this is a Chrome Yellow Ford Escape. The Chrome Yellow was discontinued in 2001 or 2002. So, it’s an over 20 year old car. Based on the passenger side door, it looks like the door was ripped open at some point in the past. So, unlikely this is someone’s primary mode of transportation. The smoke residue on the side of the vehicle suggests it’s been driven with the cracked head gasket for some time.

Third, legally the tow truck driver must have this vehicle secured to the bed using chains or ratchet straps. Neither are in place when the guy transfers himself onto the tow bed. This means, if the park pin is lost, this vehicle will just roll off at the first intersection.

The driver of the Escape isn’t saving himself from a tow. The Escape will have to be towed eventually, he’s performing a stunt for views and likes.

    7. Disclaimer, this is dangerous, I don’t condone.

But the physics is cool. Inertia kept the truck moving in reverse when it landed. Even the tire screeching is a rare sight because the wheels are turning against the direction of momentum.

This could be a movie shot.

    8. Actually this exact scene was out of a navy seals Hollywood movie from the 90’s. Like exactly move for move.
