Yes, I’m sure he came to the U.S.A., went through the process of becoming a citizen, and ran for mayor of our largest city because he hates America. Makes perfect sense.

I’m not American but it’s funny to watch racist POS lose their minds acting like he caused 9/11 or that he’s a communist.
He won a fair election and people are acting like this is the end of days. I saw someone say he’s a plant by some government group because they never heard of him until he won. We don’t live in America how would he know his name.

That’s what propaganda is: lying to drive a narrative. Enraging, but that’s what they do. 🤬

I was curious about the flags so best I can tell from the two photos the flags, going left to right, are:
– US
– Manhattan
– Queens
– Bronx
– Staten Island
If i were to watch the video I would expect to also see the flag for Brooklyn up there and maybe the NY state flag as well

Them… “well the flag is not prominently behind him… he doesn’t care.”
Reality; US flag code would state that this is proper: to the speaker’s right. Just because your favorite Reich violates flag codes on a daily basis, doesn’t mean it’s okay.

As a black man the original poster almost certainly experienced racism, bigotry, himself. But instead of recognizing it for what it was, he chose to embrace it.

I swear, the obsession thay many Americans have with a flag is bizarre. Focus your sense of community into helping less fortunate people or building something nice together instead of symbolism.

As someone who has never had a passport, I don’t give a fuck about how an American flag is flown and/or where it’s located. Aside from when the Confederate flag and the swastika symbols are present.

The only thing the right has is lies. Their policies are either so unpopular, or so blatantly against the general population, that they always need to misrepresent or lie about what their polices actually are.

It’s hilarious how MAGA talks about the rhetoric being toned down due to Charlie Kirk, only for the Islamophobia being turnt up to 100…
The type of shit people are saying were WAY worse then what I remember after 9/11. Our country is fucked especially with tech companies empowering and enabling this bullshit so freely…

question to americans from your neighbor to the north:
Why are yall so insistent on having a visual reminder of what your country is? One time me and my family went into Maine as part of a road trip, one of the first things I noticed was that once we got to a residential area near the crossing, there were US flags on many of the streetlight posts, and I remember thinking “are the people here so insecure that they need a constant visual reminder of which side of the border they’re on?”

On a speaker’s platform or in an auditorium, the flag should either be displayed flat above and behind the speaker, or mounted on a staff to the speaker’s right.
In this case it is being displayed correctly.
Seems the poster is not only lying but purposely ignoring the flag etiquette guidelines

Why would an American flag be required?
