      As hilarious as this is, therapy is extraordinarily helpful for learning how to process emotions and thoughts in a healthy way, which is something that is never taught except through example (most of which are bad).

      Even if it’s just for a few sessions or just once, I would encourage people to try therapy, because even if it’s not for you, a couple hundred dollars is a small price to pay to increase your chances of avoiding self destruction.
