The whole reason they developed the bomb was so the Nazis didn’t get it first. It just got used in Japan after the Nazi surrender and japans apparent inability to see the writing on the wall that there was an atomic bomb with the power to melt cities in the hands of their enemy.

AlternateHistoryHub made a good realistic German victory scenario but in the end any plausible axis victory scenario hinges on stuff like Nazis not doing nazi stuff. Like sure they couldve won if they didnt invade USSR or attacked US but those things were really caused by their ideology so you cant really avoid it unless you just make non nazi Germany.
