      Can I maybe make a suggestion that helped *tremendously* with my mental health? Get more sleep. Not necessarily 8 hours because everyone is different, but for me 6.5-7 hours is kind of the sweet spot.

      I like this but I notice it only allows you 5 hours of sleep and that’s not enough – especially if you’re in school. Your brain needs to time ‘wash’ all those neurons you’re building.

      I do agree “one day at a time” is a very healthy way to move forward and up.
