Then: “The Good news: AI WORKS!”
….Ha. Yeah. Okay. Sure.

Wtf are retail workers using AI for?

The lack of clarity and direction by workers makes this look like a training-and-development problem.

I am surprised that there are companies out there that aren’t pushing AI down their employees’ throats 😮

This poster reads like it was AI generated. Why is there an unlabeled bar graph comparing three unrelated questions? How does this data suggest AI works? Why are 72% of retail workers using “shadow AI”?

My work picked me as an ambassador to learn and use copilot. I now have to ensure seeing the copilot widget on every Office app.
I have not used it even once. I cannot think of why I would. I seriously cannot imagine a use case in my job where I would A) need to ask copilot or B) trust what it might answer.
I simply do not understand the point.

I think the underlying data is interesting, but the presentation needs some work.
What’s “shadow AI”?
What evidence is there that “AI works”? It seems the point of the data is to show that AI is poorly implemented and is used haphazardly with little to no training or oversight.
