    1. Is it broth?

      The cold pressure thing makes me think they’re just squeezing raw meat and collecting the juice, so not broth, but they’re making dry, flavorless meat in the process.

      I suppose they might dry and salt the meat they’re squeezing the juice from to preserve it for the boys in the Royal Navy, etc.
