Hitler didn't create the party, he was in fact 555th member of the party
Anton Drexler was impressed by Hitler's oratorical skills and gave him a copy of his pamphlet My Political Awakening, which contained antisemitic, nationalist, anti-capitalist, and anti-marxist ideas. On the orders of his army superiors, Hitler applied to join the party and was accepted within a week

Quite the inspiration…
Why does he look like a bitter incel failure
The bitch face and weird stache seem to run in the party
Hitler wasn’t the 555th member he was the 55th member they just added 500 to make it look like they had more members.
One of the founders, I’d say, since Drexler started the German Workers’ Party together with Karl Harrer.
And while Drexler was simply a disillusioned locksmith, a toolmaker and a part-time zither player at restaurants to make ends meet, additionaly deemed unfit for military service in World War I, Harrer himself was a bit more interesting – he might have been just a veteran and a right-wing reporter on the surface, but he was also a member of the occult Thule Society, tasked by this secretive group with forming a nationalist, antisemitic, semi-secret movement that would influence the working masses politically and prevent them from developing any nasty communist leanings. Harrer first tried that with Political Workers’ Circle in 1918 and then with the German Workers’ Party a year later, alongside Drexler, Gottfried Feder and Dietrich Eckart.
However, once Hitler appeared and started taking the party over while also severing its ties to the Thule Society geezers, Harrer at first protested and then resigned (or was forced to resign) from the newly renamed National Socialist German Workers’ Party, leaving politics for good and dying in obscurity in 1926, just like his covert principals.
It might be oversimplified, but it’s weird to think that the Nazi Party, at least in its earliest form, was basically founded by a group of hooded, shadowy figures telling one of their own “go and form a movement for the workers before they all go red on us”.
Doesn’t look the type.
Hey! Anton, Karl, Adolf and the rest of you scum; FUCK YOU!
