My son called our tenant a nazi after he expressed fascist views. His response was, “I guess I’m a nazi, then. Heil Hitler.” He then tried to justify himself to me by saying he thought that was the fastest way to end the conversation. I told him if you identify yourself as a nazi, I’m going to take you at your word. (FYI, according to the police, that’s not grounds for eviction in our state.) Yay. I love being in America right now.
