Yolk color is determined by the diet of the chicken who laid it. If I remember correctly this is indicative of a diet low or absent of sulfur.

Your wearing a ring while cooking and fondling your yolks…

Why are you holding them?
When I had chickens they would eat bugs all summer, great wasp population control animals by the way. The eggs were always dark orange. Didn’t really taste any different than store bought.

I just saw a video today of white egg yolks from Japan where they apparently feed the chickens only rice or something.

This is the 3rd time I’ve seen white yolks since yesterday. And my first time seeing one was yesterday. My friend sent me a Snapchat of one of his egg yolks being white yesterday morning, then last night I saw one in a YouTube short, now today on reddit… is this a sign?

White? Am I color blind or something? That looks beige to me.
