    1. Where did the ants go? Why did they abandon their home?

Were they recalled to their home planet?

    2. Fwiw this was originally a national geographic video I think and the ant colony wasn’t abandoned at all.

    3. I think they did filled an abandoned colony. There was also a jackass that did the same experiment, but using melted aluminum and with a totally not abandoned fire ant colony. Those are two different experiments. One was for science, the other was for likes.

Aliens: So we removed all the oxygen from the Earth to really boost plant life. We noted a 21% increase in plant life. Fascinating.

    5. I felt a great disturbance in the Force. As if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

    6. Imagine being the guy who had to go out for extra booze, only to come home and find your entire society has been cemented over.

I’m surprised a viscous and heavy concrete mix is that it didn’t collapse most of the tiny pathways

    8. Incredible that they just make these structures, they can’t even think yet they can create complex structures with ventilation and even use chambers for farming fungi.
