Are the algorithms putting these on their timeline? If they are seeing them, do they hear the blatant lies from this regime and think “hell yeah, bullshit really owns the libs”? This guy was deported *after* a federal judge blocked his deportation to investigate the citizenship claims. Not an uncommon practice, ICE gets to say “oops he’s gone” and the court can’t pursue damages when someone is deported.

All this tells me is that if you’re an American citizen and ICE detains you, they won’t give you due process and you will likely be deported anyways. Do not interact with ICE in any way. If they show up at your door, don’t open the door unless they have a signed judicial warrant.
The trick is that by their new standard of ignoring birthright citizenship for certain
skin tones, they don’t consider any citizens they’ve arrested actual citizens. This is what’s so critically dangerous and dystopian. They reshape the facts to fit their completely illegitimate world view. But as long as they hold the power they hold the truth hostage.
These sick republicans are trying to argue that even though we detained them, hauled them off, and beat them. It’s “no harm no foul” because we eventually let them go a month later.
