    2. 5. If you are stressed by highschool or college, or your family does things that makes you think they don’t care about you, if you are filled with stress from homework, exams and classes, if you don’t fit in or are a “loser”, if you find tears welling in your eyes at anytime due to the stress you endure while in highschool or college, especially high school, you should drop out and go to work so you can change your life as early as possible. Buy a used vehicle, rent an apartment, stay in contact with your friends, have hobbies you enjoy outside of electronics, try to supplement or maximize your income. Your happiness/joy is something that can be lost and once it’s gone you’ll probably never get it back. That feeling of sadness/anxiety you feel occasionally can become the only thing you will ever feel.

It’s BS. There change does not introduce any limit on walking speed or anything, it’s just a definition of walking speed being 6km/h, which is then used as a reference for limiting the speed of bicycles and scooters on walkways.
